Job description:
Since home buying is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life, lack of tangible information makes the process harrowing and hence the decision tough. IREF intend to revolutionize the process by bringing in transparency in the real estate market. We will be providing depth and breadth of information required to make a home buying decision.
Information shared by people resides mostly in cluttered form, to find something informative is like searching a needle in a haystack. We want people to be able to find relevant information easily, suited to their individual needs and their interests. This makes Data Science team an integral part of IREF.
We are looking for people smart enough to create JARVIS but would rather work on NER
Products in Development:
- Mr Hyper Link on: Using Named Entity Recognition models to identify projects, builders and locations in forum posts and link them with in-house wiki pages.
- Thread Genie: Recommend similar content to a user based on his interests.
- Ms Auto Moderator: Identification of spamming users/spam content on the forum by leveraging NLP and cutting edge Machine Learning algorithms.
- More: search / topic modelling / information extraction / deep learning
Qualification and Skills Required
- Apply Machine Learning models to the IREF dataset and turn the insights into products with a mathematical touch.
- Read journals and research paper and apply/implement the knowledge gained in the products.
- Development of Data Products – end to end from algorithms/modelling to exposing APIs .
- Ability to understand and use libraries and packages quickly.
You will be assessed on:
- Programming and Aptitude
- Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Statistics / Maths
- Ability to take things from 0 to 1
Interview procedure:
- Basic Programming/Aptitude Test – Any Language
- Resume Based Interview with basic test of Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence knowledge.
- HR interview
