Designation – Engagement Manager
Location – Working out of client offices in the UK (London/Manchester)

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside India delivery teams to help clients understand their business challenges and formulate business problems
- Present insights to senior management for better consumption, informed decision making and tangible business impact
- Build positive relationship with clients by understanding their business and institutionalizing analytics within their business environment
- Motivate, lead and manage a team of talented associates to provide quality client deliverables
- Work closely with offshore team managers to ensure smooth delivery
- Build client relationships and adopt an engagement model with clear cadence on communication within the client organization, thereby building trust and credibility
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering Business, statistics or Economics/MBA
- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking ability and clarity of thought
- Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately while paying attention to details in the solution
- Experience working with VP, SVP level executives from Fortune 500 companies
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills
- Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL. Skills in SAS/R are good to have
- Experience in global delivery is an added advantage
- Candidates must have valid authorization to work for any employer in the UK
- Flexibility to relocate within the UK, based on project requirements
- Openness to undergo technical training in India delivery centre as and when required
