Job description:

OSC Services Private Limited is a subsidiary of Clifford Chance, one of the world’s leading law firms. Besides Finance and IT support, the company offers a variety of back-office services. Under the Administration & Research Team (ART) falls the stream of HR Operations. For this department we are looking for an Analyst with very good analytical and communication skills to work in the following shifts:

Afternoon Shift (1:30 to 10:00)

Afternoon Shift (2:30 to 11:00)

Responsibilities:

  • Working on HR Reports for our onshore stakeholders involving extensive use of data analysis.The resource will be working on the following reports:
  • PeopleSoft reports
  • Reconciliation reports
  • Appraisal Reports
  • Utilization reports,etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Ability to work on automation of reports by applying excel tools like macro
  • Basic knowledge of working on applications like Access, SQL, etc

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+year of work experience in a corporate/MNC
  • Strong MS Excel &/or MS Access knowledge required
  • Must have strong commitment to quality, detail orientation, customer service & drive for results to ensure maximum system utilization & data integrity
  • Excellent communication, problem solving & developing, organizational & analytical skills required
  • Excellent English language skills(written & verbal)
  • Experience in MIS department will be an added advantage
