- Be the techno-functional analytical solution SME for Retail & FMCG industry
- Architecting DWH & Analytical solutions as per client requirements
- Look out for opportunities to come up with standard data models for repetitive businesses
- Considered SME for Analytical solution architecting and to drive the initiative from kick-off to successful closure
- Establish networking within client organization
Qualification and Skills Required:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc
- Retail & FMCG domain exposure with an analyst mindset is a must
- Good in developing architectural solutions for business analytics initiatives
- Overview of Trading & Distribution industry is beneficial
- Should have been a key contributor and handled multiple initiatives in solving end-to-end analytical solution initiatives
- Ability to present himself as point-of-contact to clients and front-end the engagement
- Need to develop implementation options understanding project dependencies & risks
- Excellent track of owning & delivering projects with high quality and on target
- Understanding of industry trends in Analytical Solutions, Big Data
- Awareness of end-to-end DWH lifecycle
- Exposure to Analytical Modeling through statistical methods using R / SAS
- Exposure to OpenSource BI & Analytical stack is an advantage
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Leadership skills and a good motivator
