Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to handle day to day assigned role in Sales & Marketing and analysis of reports and data to support the business. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Performance reports of Factory Sales on daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis
  • Circulate the reports on time to the internal customers
  • Maintain data accuracy in reports
  • Support the Factory Sales team with reports
  • Assemble relevant data from identified sources as directed
  • Research data and prepare various reports, gathering, summarizing & analyzing data
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support. Processes data and generates routine reports regarding sales results, sales force earnings, expense reports, and market conditions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and organizational objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate
  • Follow the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values
  • Positively work and influence with team members to partner together to achieve individual, customers and business goals

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Graduate + minimum 3 – 4 years of experience preferably in Apparel/Retail/Manufacturing industry
  • Must have proven success in the areas of reporting and data management of Sales & Marketing function
  • Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally
  • Should have ability to work with team and have time management and organizational skills
  • Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity
  • Should be a quick learner with ability to learn quickly about technical aspects of Retail Information Service Industry
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast paced engineering environment
  • Should have good analytical, Numerical & data management skills
  • Sound knowledge of Computer applications like MS Office specially MS Excel
