Responsibilities

• Very good knowledge of Time Series Forecasting & analytics
• Expert in one of the analytical area e.g., Time Series Forecasting/ Operational Research
• in statistics/ mathematics a must
• SAS knowledge is desirable
• Has the ability to understand customers requirements & business problem
• Should have the ability to provide a solution to a business problem
• Develop design based on requirements
• Work with the team in Pune and Cary to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables
• Should have the ability to work independently and deliver analytical projects with little or minimal help
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• At least one full customer project implementation in analytics/Forecasting is must

Qualification and Skills Required

• Sc. in mathematics, statistics
• Minimum: 3 to 6 years, in case of candidates having good fitment, it may be relaxed.
• SAS,SPSS,SPSS Modeler, R, Matlab
• in statistics/mathematics Or Operational Research
• At least one full customer project implementation in analytics/Forecasting a must.
• Good communication and team skills
• Very good knowledge of data mining & analytics
• Expert in one of the analytical area e.g. Time Series Forecasting, Operational Research etc.
• SAS Language / SAS/IML
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Retail application would be considered as plus.
