Qualification and Skills Required
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Statistics with an outstanding academic record
- At least 2 years (Analyst) or 4 years (Senior Analyst) of analytic modeling experience (should have built at least two analytic models) in one of our target industries – financial services, retail, consumer goods or telecom
- Proficiency in using SAS 9.2 or other relevant analytic modeling platforms; Working knowledge of SQL and popular relational databases
- Self-motivated and able to sustain himself/herself without direct supervision
- Strong analytical, presentation & persuasive abilities with excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
