Our Say

Going by Ray Kurzweil’s prediction, the pace of AI development is going to increase exponentially in the future. With the technological advancements we currently see around it, it is quite probable his vision will see the light. But the bigger question here is whether we, as a race, are prepared to embrace immortality by 2030.

Have we actually thought of the implications of such an extraordinary leap in technology? Are we prepared for a world without death? What does this mean for our relationships, our careers, and our future as a species?

As we anticipate the potential dawn of immortality, it’s crucial that we engage in open conversations about its consequences. This remarkable future, once thought to be the stuff of science fiction, may soon become our reality, and is quite worth giving a thought.
