The fundraising round was led by Andreessen Horowitz’s Growth Fund, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Coatue, SV Angel, Y Combinator, Bloomberg Beta, Naval Ravikant, ARK Ventures (Cathie Woods), and Hamilton Helmer. Previously-invested SAFEs converted in this round. It includes those of over 2,500 Replit community members in a Wefunder crowdfunding in 2022. The funds will expand Replit’s offerings for professional developers, innovate in AI and LLMs, and enhance its cloud services.
