Srinidhi has over 13 years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Management Consulting, Manufacturing and Software Development. He leads the analytics delivery from India for a group of accounts with a combined revenue of ~$45M. Over time he has established training, project management and knowledge management processes to run analytics business at scale, which later became organization standards.
Srinidhi is an MBA graduate from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA and a B.Tech from NITK – Surathkal, India.
He has built small and large retail accounts grounds up, developed talent, processes and culture and grew them into multi-million dollar accounts. He has created and implemented “Rapid Impact Analytics” strategies across clientele to reduce time lag between problem origin, identification, decision, and action. He has also helped many retailers with high impact problems including design of next-gen supply chain, shelf space and assortment optimization, private label strategy, store redesign, etc
