Rajan was one of the very first people at Accenture India in 1995, back when they had only 120 people. Cut to 2023, Accenture India has grown to over 175k+ people and hiring thousands more every month. Rajan played a key part in the hiring process at Accenture, during which he got introduced to making decisions with Analytics. Currently at LatentView Analytics, Rajan has big plans for the company and overlooked the IPO process when the company went public in 2021, which happened to be one of the largest oversubscribed IPO in India!
